A. 30-Day Return Policy
Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return. To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Tags should be attached, and the original packaging must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
B. Missing a Return Label?
No worries! Our packages do not include return labels. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at support@frostcrest.shop. Our team will assist you.
C. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@frostcrest.shop with the following details:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (Order confirmation screenshot)
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable)
After receiving and confirming your return request (usually within 72 hours), we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. However, your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to complete the transaction.
D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, inspect the package immediately and contact us as soon as possible. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
E. Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective. If you need a replacement, email us at support@frostcrest.shop with the necessary details.
F. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.
- For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If a customer orders the wrong item, shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer must cover the cost of returning the product.
All returns must be shipped via mail. No restocking fees apply. To ensure a smooth return process, please provide a photo or video of the product, clearly showing the issue.
G. Refunds
Once we inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
H. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation requests may be treated as a return.
To avoid delivery issues, double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for any associated losses.
